I have no idea why when traveling in Iowa especially Newton, even Des Moines, you would dream of staying anywhere else. I am not kidding. The food is ridiculously good with Johns specialty home made sour dough bread, Every thing is as local as it can be from chard in the back yard to pork and corn from local farmers.
